Customized Emails

These programs add multimedia: sounds, images, even video clips. Recipients don't need the program, or plug-ins, to view the effects. Demos may be brash, but the features can be toned down for a serious newsletter.

Form-Email Programs

These simple programs allow your visitors to fill in a form, the contents of which are automatically emailed to you when they click the "send" button. Many hosting companies provide them free, but here's a short list if you're stuck.
